In this unique semester I have been studying at "la UBA", the university of Buenos Aires, Argentina.

The studio's title was housing, and we got a specific site, located at the city of BA, near a train station.

Along with my colleague Yasmin, i've planned a housing block, that included 5 buildings.

The buildings were planned with a central core: the circulation (stairs and elevators), a corridor around, leading to the apartments.

We have planned 4 types of apartments: 1 type of 50m, 2 types of 70m, and 1 type of 90m. 

Each one of the apartments had an interior core with a bathroom. Each apartment has a balcony.

The constructional envelope of the building was planned according to the cores.
